Dear Foamers,

I have been using tetrahedral mesh with boundary layers and without as well for the Simulation. Without boundary layers, i do not get problems. With Boundary layers, I tried to mesh the geometry several times and no matter what i did, I still had the problems in my mesh reagarding- non orthogonality above 80, skewed faces etc. Since, it is a tetrahedral mesh, it is not possible to get a perfect mesh.

Therefore, I used the cellLimited leastSquares 1 in my case and found that it brought me stability and the case did not crash for the mesh with 3.5 mill cells. However, In case of 13 Million cells, and similar mesh Quality, with the same FvSchemes and Solutions, the case is crashing.

I am stuck at this Point, unable to think more About what can be wrong here.

Could you guys please give me something from your rich expeiences
