Hi Foamers,

I've been doing research on wall functions, which ones to use, which ones might suit me etc...


I'm a bit stuck on what value I should be setting them at, for example:

Bottom_Wall
{
type omegaWallFunction;

value uniform 1;

}


But how do I get any guidance as to what the value uniform should be? why 1? why not 0.1, or 100?

Any thoughts?

I'm either using the field values or zero. Both give comparable results.
