Hello foamers,
I am trying to do a one way coupling fsi using OpenFoam and Abaqus but i find very little about this topic. Could anyone give me some hints please? I want to study the flow induce vibration on a camera gimble when air blowing on it at specific conditions. I have finished the transient CFD part and now I would like to export the pressure field into Abaqus for transient structural analysis. However i cannot find anyway to do the data exporting. Could anyone help me please? Thank you guys |

have a look at preCICE: https://www.precice.org/
as it's one-way, there's also the "external coupled" functionality see: https://www.openfoam.com/documentati...l-coupled.html Last edited by wyldckat; December 30, 2018 at 15:13. Reason: merged posts a few minutes apart |
