Dynamic mesh for interFoam

Hi Guys,

I am planning to deform the mesh dynamically according to the attached picture. Has anyone an idea on how to tackle this problem in OF. I've seen that there are many options for interDyFoam but not sure which are the most robust ones. Could you please guide me with a tutorial or some hel?
