I've been trying to build a small cluster as a learning experience and am a bit stuck.
> I am currently testing it out with just the host and a single node. > I decomposed a test case into 8 processor directories and placed it on both machines (they are cloned with different names) > I use the command "mpirun -x MPI_BUFFER_SIZE -n 8 --hostfile machinefile rhoPimpleFoam -parallel" I get the error: Code:
[tb1:18559] *** Process received signal *** [tb1:18559] Signal: Segmentation fault (11) [tb1:18559] Signal code: Address not mapped (1) [tb1:18559] Failing at address 0x326270 [tb1:18559] *** End of error message *** Segmentation Fault Thank you! |
