Hi foamer

would you please, look at the following correlations and tell me whether it possible to simulate this kind of reactions in OpenFOAM using reactingFoam?

forexample reaction (R9) in picture is as follow:
Quote:
methaneReaction
{
type irreversibleArrheniusReaction; // k = A * T^beta * exp(-Ta/T)
reaction "CH4 + 2O2 = CO2 + 2H2O";
A 7e+06;
beta 0;
Ta 10063.8;
}
but i dont know where i should define CH4^0.2 or CO2^1.3

I think you should be fine. I succeeded with the same approach, though with different coefficients A, beta and Ta.
