Hello all,

I have been working on a dissertation which is on the topic of dam break and surface roughness relationship and currently, I am using the model base on the dambreakwithobstacle in tutorial.

For some reason no matter how I change the value of Ks and Cs in 0/nut, it has no effect on final result but I have no idea why.

the setup of the model file is uploaded to google drive: https://drive.google.com/open?id=10R...GKOwE0Az8OfBIf

If you guys have time would you mind take a look at whats wrong?

Many thanks!
Jesse

Because your case is laminar! nut is turbulent viscosity if the case is laminar it doesn't calculate nut. Set it to RAS and pick a turbulence model such as SST or realizable.
