Dear Fauster,
I have done other simulations and finally I found the best way is first simulation with interFoam as you said, and the second with interDymFoam without the ramp and without the dampers Best regards! |

restraints { translationDamper { sixDoFRigidBodyMotionRestraint linearDamper; coeff 8596; } rotationDamper { sixDoFRigidBodyMotionRestraint sphericalAngularDamper; coeff 11586; } } I am trying to simulate something similar using kayak and my ship is sinking. I did not change the above value and I am not sure , may be that is the reason. How are these value calculated? can you please help me? Thanks In advance |
