IC engine simulation using Visual CFD?

Default IC engine simulation using Visual CFD?

I am brand new to OpenFOAM and I am interested to know would it be possible to model IC engine flow processes (combustion not necessary) with moving piston and valves using the Visual CFD software? In other words can it do moving and adaptive dynamic meshing?
