fluidpage is on a distinguished road
Hi! I am working on analyzing the movement of complex shape three dimensional object placed in fluid by using oversetmesh.

Now simulation is running without error.
but I have some question about boundary condition.
I use noSlip or MovingWallVelocity as boundary condition of the objects.
The motion of the object is different depending on the boundary condition. Especially, I often fails the simulation in the case of using MovingWallVelocity under the constraint of vertical spring. So mainly I use noSlip.

1, What is the difference between these boundary conditions?

Basically this simulation has high reynolds number, so I would like to use LES.

2, How can I use the LES in overPimpleDyMFoam?

The object is attached to a thread like a fishing bait.

3, And if it is possible, Could you explain the constraint of the vertical spring in DynamicMeshDict? Is it correct to adapt the vertical spring in this case? I am assuming thread as a nylon. How should I set the value of stiffness and damping?
