Hey guys,
I'm trying to set up a case including particle tracking on an airfoil that derives from a calculation using rhoSimpleFoam with a k-omega-SST modelled turbulent flow in OF 4.1. The idea is to use the uncoupledKinematicParcelFoam solver to calculate a solution from the RANS-simulation done before. Has anyone ever used this combination especially including the non-transient possiblity of the uncoupledKinematicParcelFoam solver? My idea was to change the Hopper Tutorial from the icouncoupledKinematicParcelFoam so that it works steady-state and later on make it work for my own case. Anyone having some experience on doing stuff like this or having advice about this? Working cases or Tutorials on this issue are quite rare. |
