wave profile from openfoam

Hello foamers,
I want to get wave profile data over time from paraview result Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks Sungbae Lee |

Hi Sungbae,
do a contour (alpha = 0.5), then slice twice, with planes X = x, Y = y, where (x,y) are the coordinates of the point where you want to sample free surface elevation. Finally save data from File menu. Do not forget to check the save all time steps box. Best, Pablo |
