Hi,
I am trying to simulate a single-plug silencer. I am using rhoSimpleFoam to use the final result as initial condition for a sonicFoam simulation. The Mach number=0.05. The problem is that I could not have good residual values. When I run the simulation with simpleFoam it converges, but when I used a k-Eps or k-OmeSST the simulation crashes at 4 iterations with huge values on k and Epsilon (or Omega). With rhoSimpleFoam using laminar the simulation doesn't converge. I have tried modifying algorithms for pressure, k and Epsilon (omega) (GAMG, PBiCG, smoothSolver) and also modifying the relaxationFactors. I attach BC, fvSolution and fvSchemes. If anyone have any recommendation I will be really thankful. Thanks, Manuel |
