I developed a solver based on OpenQBMM to simulate crystallization based on nucleation and growth. The computational domain is a Y mixer, with two inlets and one outlet, My question is how to set boundary at inlet, outlet and fixedWall boundarys and internalFields for moments?
As there is no solid particle in initial condition, i assumed that the moments should be zero everywhere, but it seems its not right choose and it cause the following error:
Quote:
Moment set with only one realizable moment.

Hello! I am working on a similar problem but using the Discrete solver for Population balance, when I add my boundary conditions it asks me to specify the bin fraction, I have been giving the value as zero since I dont have any particles at the beginning. However this setup seems to be incorrect, did you get some answers for your problem??
