nandhakumar is on a distinguished road
Hello everyone

I have been modelling a cyclone separator with a tangential inlet and two outlets, one at top and other at bottom. I am using openFoam 4.1. I am trying with multiphaseEulerFoam since the model contains four phases, the continuous phase is air and dispersed phases are oil, water and sand. The mesh contains 0.24million hex dominated cells, created using snappyHexMesh. Turbulence model I am using is realizableKE.

Right now I have initiated flow only using air and oil. This is not giving proper cyclone profile. The velocity at inlet is 0.9 m/s. The courant number mean is 0.002-0.0002. Also sometimes the the minimum volume fraction is becoming negative for water.

Kindly someone guide me. Also I am tried attaching my boundary condition and fvsolution case file . It is showing some error(file invalid)

Thank you.
