Dear All,

What's the main difference between interFoam and EulerFoam ?

Since interFoam only captures interface between two immiscible fluids, can it also be used to measure mixing between two interpenetrating fluids?

eulerfoam solves sparate equations for both phases.
interfoam solves using the mixture weighted using their volume fraction.
if you want to track the interface behavior cleaarly you should use interfoam
if you mean immmiscible fluids by interpenetrating. do use interfoam
