I know OF have several types of Wall Function, like nutWallFunction, nutRoughWallFunction, nutUSpaldingWallFunction, nutkWallFunction and nutkAtm-WallFunction. I have a question here. If I use the wall function , do I still need to generate the boundary layers in the mesh? And how does the boundary layers or wallfunction affect the simulation? And what is the difference between these wallfunctions? For example, if the turbulent model is standard k-epsilon, which wallfunction is better?
Kind regards, Ping |
