It's my first post on this forum, hello foamers
I’m trying to simulate slug flow in a capillary tube by using interFoam. I would like to use temperature dependent interfacial tension and contact angle. I have changed “interfaceProperties” and “twoPhaseProperties” for that. The temperature dependence of the surface tension was made, but the contact angle was not made. So, I’m using "temperatureDependentAlphaContactAngle" in OpenFOAMv-1706. I could calculate by setting 0/alpha.water as follows, Code:
wall { type temperatureDependentAlphaContactAngle; theta0 constant 60; limit gradient; value uniform 0; } Could anybody please help me. Thanks. Kei |

Hi, saddy.
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have been solved problem. However, I changed "twoPhaseProperties", instead of use "temperatureDependentAlphaContactAngle" to solve problem. Kei |
