Why my multiphaseEulerFoam simulation is getting unstable after a small time of around 0.02-0.03 seconds. There is a sudden increase in Courant number to eventually drastically reduce the timestep. That makes the simulation much slower. How can I get rid of it or how to identify the problem creating job/operation/calculation.
The case file is attached for your reference at https://app.box.com/s/mcofxw2t6efbxejlowgoaa53dymrwlxw
