Default spreading of interFace over cells in interFoam

Can any one of you tell me how to avoid the spreading of alpha over cells and get sharp interface between gas and liquid. I'm giving a snapshot of it.

It's very important for my PhD. Help me please.

saddy is on a distinguished road
its simple, use interDyMFoam to get sharper interface
dynamic ,meshing tracks alpha and automatically refines the mesh where interface is.
