Error in stressFoam of foamExtent3.1

Dear All

I am new to OpenFoam. I am using stress foam and trying to solve plate hole problem without changing anything. I got an error which is related to the boundary condition. I have attached two files - log files and boundary condition.

Please remove the ".txt" from log file.

Can anyone tell me the resolution?
