Problem in waves2Foam running

Hi Foamers,
I have a problem that whenever i run the Allrun file, the gets deleted and bin file also gets deleted and the log file appear which say command not found. I have tried to enter the commands separately but it doesn't work and the parafoam operation also doesn't work. I am attaching my Allrun and bin file .
