InterPhaseChangeFoam, fluxRequired error

Hi,

I am trying to do a cavitation simulation with OpenFoam-extend-4.0 using the interPhaseChangeFoam solver but I have this error:
flux requested but alpha1 not specified in the fluxRequired sub-dictionary of fvSchemes
I don't know what to do with it, because fluxRequired is defined in my fvSchemes.

In attached files, I show my fvSchemes and fvSolutions.

Does someone know how to resolve this?

p { margin-bottom: 0.25cm; line-height: 120%; } Apparently, it is the code of foam-extend-4.0 that have a bug for the interPhaseChangePhaseFoam solver. I just changed the version I was using (OpenFOAM v1706 instead of foam-extend-4.0) and it worked
