Hello everyone,
My project is very close to the windaroundBuildings tutorial. In fact I would like to add a pollutant emitted by a chimney and to see its propagation with the wind coming from the inlet. I followed the following tutorial to add temperature to the icoFoam solver: http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Ho...ure_to_icoFoam but I would like to know if and how is it possible to add this pollutant (so a passive scalar) within the simpleFoam solver and in the context of wind arounds buildings. Thank you for the help |

If your question is:is there a link to a page where i can copy and paste command-line to have what I want...you should google it...that example is a general guide line to modify solvers...I encourage you to study that example carefully and try to reproduce each steps...just another good tutorial, look for "Victor pozzobon openfoam tutorial example research gate" in google...

In fact I have already succeeded in adding the temperature to my project ! But now I would like to add this:
https://www.hatarilabs.com/ih-en/mod...-with-openfoam However, here they use the twoLiquidMixingFoam solver. And I would like to reproduce this in the simpleFoam solver. |
