Dear all, I am working on my degree project related CFD and OpenFoam. First, use free-convection and radiation-forced solvers (buoyantBoussinespPimpleFoam), I have been advised to use conjugate heat transfer solvers like chtMultiRegionFoam to consider all heat transfer mechanisms. My idea is to combine buoyantBoussinespPimpleFoam with chtMultiRegionFoam already done in a paper. My question, somebody has worked with conjugated transfer solvers in OpenFoam. I leave you a video of the solver buoyantBoussinespPimpleFoam. The simulations conjugated heat transfer bases do not run me. The study is about analyzing heat transfer in a classroom with people. I await your comment.

Quick answer: As of OpenFOAM 4.0 that the Boussinesq approximation modelling is available for heat transfer solvers, as briefly indicated here: https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM...04ed0793c3be66

edit: This means that you won't need to create a new custom solver.
