Hi foamers!
i have a question about calculation of pressure in incompressible solvers in OP. we know that P(total)=P(stagnation)+ rho*g*H and P(stagnation)=P(static)+p(dynamic) and we know the pressure is calculating in OP in incompressible solvers, is divided by the rho : (P/rho). so if i do multiple of rho for above statement (P/rho) , which pressure will be appear ? total? or stagnation ? ! in the other words, i want to know that is rho*g*H in involved automatically? (presume that i initialized pressure distribution due to gravity by funkysetFields). so if presume again that my BCs are working good, should i expect see the hydrostatic pressure in result of p/rho? would you clear this issue? thank you very much Regards, Sina. |
