Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding the sprayFoam solver. I am currently working with AVL FIRE to perform spray simulations. In FIRE, you are able to use an external data file (A .SPA for AVL FIRE users) to control the properties of each parcel that you want to inject. This file is just a text file organized as below: Time. Xposition Yposition Zposition U V W diameter Temperature Numdropsparcel 1e-6 0.0003. 0.004. 0.0005 230 2 4 12e-6 293 25 1.3e-6 ............. ...... The software just reads the file line by line and injects the parcel at the corresponding time. This allow us to have a tight control on the droplet properties. My question is: Does Openfoam have such tool? I know that "manualinjection" allow the user to specify the parcel position but it's not sufficient for what I want to do. Thank you, |
