Hi all,

I am very new to Openfoam and have never done C++ before, so I am a bit lost where to start learning. Somehow I managed to install Openfoam to Windows without troubles but as I try to open the tutorials by writing "tut"...nothing happens (I have seen videos where by doing this it shows the available tutorials). When I try to find the location of the tutorials folder using Kate I can't find it.

If any of you knows a websites for dummies where everything is explained step by step, I would greatly appreciate it. I am trying to learn to use Caeses as GUI, so that could minimize the C++ part. But still lost.

We are going to need more details about which exact installation instructions you followed, because there are several ways of installing OpenFOAM on Windows, some of which rely on virtual machines. Therefore, knowing what instructions you followed, would help reproduce the same problem.

Best regards,
Bruno
