new installation of OF 4.1 and also after recompile solver interDyMFoam
tutorial interDyMFoam/ras/DTCHull crashed as following:

Problem is just the same as mine. I found a new version of this tutorial on github (https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM...am/ras/DTCHull). There are several changes and improvements. I haven’t tested it yet but hope it’ll help.

I too had the same problem. I found out that it has been reported as a bug and there is a fix. Here is the link for explanation of the fix: https://bugs.openfoam.org/view.php?id=2451 . I tried it and it works perfectly.
