Hi! I'm using pimpleFoam and sadly after performing more than 2000 iterations I wanted to reconstruct the case by reconstructPar -latestTime but the folder created did not have any file containing the fields that I want to represent in paraView. I've checked the controlDict file just in case but nothing seems wrong or different.
I'm attaching the controlDict and the pimpleFoam logfile just in case they are needed. Inside the resulting time folder the only document available to represent on paraview is the file "desFields", according to a function described in the controlDict. Thanks in advance! in your control dict you set writeInterval to 250 which means that your simulation needs to reach to 250 second inorder to write a binary file, which means a lot. so i suggest you to decrease it to 1 and wait for your simulation to reach 1 second and then check whether you have any binary file or not. |
