Rotation of airfoil in a fluid domain using dynamic mesh

Hey there
I have started to work on openfoam recently so do not mind if you find my questions silly. So, I have a case where I have used block mesh to define a mesh around an airfoil The airfoil has been defined as a patch. Now I want to specify a rotation to the airfoil about the centre and add and remove layers when the mesh around it gets skewed or squeezed or expanded. In this regard I was looking at the pimpleDymFoam tutorials but there an example of the fluttering wing is given. I want to have the same case but specify the motion in terms of angular velocity. I am a little confused on how to proceed on this, as I am new to openfoam.Kindly suggest in ways on how I should proceed. |
