Hello everybody,
I'm new to OF and I've been training on the forward facing step to understand a bit better OF. I've managed to obtain a converged case using rhoSimpleFoam (I'm imposing a velocity corresponding to M=0,5 thus the compressible solver) which displays nice results except around the step's corner. So I tried refining my mesh, and since then my computation blows up. I'm a bit puzzled, because the y+ is fine, and between both cases the only thing I changed was the mesh. Any ideas of what I should do, or what might be wrong? Thanks in advance. Attached are screenshots of the "coarse mesh",and the "refined mesh" as well as the velocity field. |

Hi, I am facing the same problem. Have you managed to solve it?
Greetings
