Hello guys,
Im not the expert on HVAC. I have a small confusion about air conditioning simulations. As we know I have two options: 1. Use buoyantBoussinesqFoam; 2. Implement TEqn into piso/simpleFoam; I know that when the cooling air was injected into the closed house. Most of the temperature changes come from "the cooling air was injected into it". So I think the buoyant force might be neglected(also gravity). I mean this is not to simulate hot room heated by a hot steel(buoyant force is a must). So do u think I can choose method 2 to simulate air conditioning system? Best,

Hi,
in your case use buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam. Bye Thomas
