Hi all,
I am new to openFoam. Let me explain my problem first. I am simulating a 2D case with a rectangular mesh which has a circular shape within it . All the control volume is a porous media . Its basically a body tissue and circular shape is a tumor within the tissue. now the circle that is tumor and outside circle i.e skin have different values of variables i.e hydraulic conductivity, vascular pressure etc. these variables has been assigned by me in Peqn .H file as source and sink terms. My doubts are: 1. I basically is solving continuity eqn in porous media solver with some source and sink terms. Can i solve this eqn for different parts i.e tumor and skin with different values of the constants involved in it once at a time. If yes please tell how to do it .I have assigned all the variables in transport properties. I am also attaching my peqn .H file of porous solver in that source and sink terms are highlighted these have different values for tumor and normal tissue i.e skin. 2. These constant values are given in transport properties for tumor which i am attaching . i want to know how can i give normal tissue values also there and then run the code simultaneously for tumor and normal tissue. please help i shall be highly thankful...... |
