Hi,
I am trying to run a laminar flame case by using XiFoam. It is based on a tutorial case comes with OpenFOAM 2.3.0. The directory of the original case is: ~/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.3.0/tutorials/combustion/XiFoam/ras/moriyoshiHomogeneous$ I've revised the turbulenceProperties and the RASProperties files in the ./constant directory. But it dosen't work. I have read the User Manual and searched the solutions on the Internet. Unfortunately, I didn't find many useful hints. The revised files and the error report can be seen in the attachment. turbulenceProperties.txt RASProperties.txt error report.txt My question is: 1. Is the XiFoam solver suitable for laminar flame cases? 2. What should I do if the solver can be used in my case? I am a newbie in OpenFoam. It would be highly appreciated if anyone can help. Thanks.
