why interPhaseChangeFoam has much smaller timestep than interFoam?

Default why interPhaseChangeFoam has much smaller timestep than interFoam?

Hi all
I am using interPhaseChangeFoam for condensation phenomena.
I have a very small timestep (1e-8). Why in the interFoam timestep is of order of 1e-3?
How can I increase the timestep in interPhaseChangeFoam?
