problems in running icoFoam for a 3D syringe

Hey guys,
I'm using the solver icoFoam to simulate the flow in a syringe. the geometry an mesh is done with salome. after the first time step, the simulation breaks down (you can see it in the picture)... so whats the problem? the mesh? thanks for helping |

Courant number is to high. Try to decrease the timestep
