Hi,
I would like to ask you if someone has tried to investigate the dependence of the flow regime (steady or unsteady) that is found by icoFoam Solver for a given problem on the tolerance set for the linear solver ? In fact, as I reduce the solver tolerance, I notice that the Reynolds number corresponding to the onset of unsteady flow decreases. Can you figure out how can this affect the accuracy of the results. Thank you, Mehrez |
