Is there any existing FOAM for the potential flow with free surface (e.g. gravity wave)? Or I need to develop a new FOAM?

I prefer the method with Fixed grid and VOF or MAC typed interface capturing technique. Can anyone recommend me any references or related FOAM?

Thanks a lot.

I am not sure about VOF but MAC isn't there in OF
