Hello all,

I am doing LES of pipe flows using OpenFoam 2.2.x. I am using the Smagorinsky model for a Re = 9000, Re_tau = 290. The results for the streamwise velocity I got after time averaging looked something like this:

Clearly, the velocity profile is not axisymmetric. To make it one, I was wanting to carry spatial averaging in the circumferential direction of my results.

Can anyone please tell how spatial averaging is done using the OpenFoam platform? Thanks a lot!
