Friends, my simulation it is running with this final residual:
see the printscreen: http://postimg.org/image/m3cdjmkcd/ Well, the mesh is a little large ... looks like it will not converge. The solver is simpleFoam. It took 4 hours to get this time of image attachment. this value is already waste from many previous iterations. The question is: What does this mean value of Final Residual ? In this final Residual values, Have good results? I'm newbie, could you help me? Wanted to know if this simulation can be aborted ja ... For example, if I cancel the simulation final residue in this range (eg late residue Uy = 0.0007), means that the speeds at each point of the flow can be very large errors? can give me a better interpretation? I think the source of this lack of convergence is caused by SALOME. Could not generate a better mesh for him. It's the best software I've seen so far (opensource) to generate mesh for openfoam. Best Regards |
