Hi,Foamers.
I have been looking around, It seem nobody is talking about this question. The situation I'm trying to simulate is a steady state 2D conjugate heat transfer problem with an heat generation area and forced convection of incompressible fluid (liquid).
I was told that the chtMultRegionSimpleFoam might be able to solve this. But as this solver is written for compressible fluids, some problem might happen. Has Anyone tried? If it's not working which solver would be an appropriate choice?
Also, If the problem is with forced convection, the mass flow is given. Then I'm not sure how should I define the value of p p_rgh k and epsilon.

Hi
Short answer is: chtMultiRegioSimpleFoam will work. Variable density formulation is inevitable for CHT.
If you want more simple heat transfer look at buoyanrBoussinesqSimpleFoam.
