I was trying to create a boundary condition based on flowRateInletVelocityFvPatchVectorField, and I noticed the following comment in the header:
Quote:
- may not work correctly for transonic inlets
Is this due to the gas being compressed heavily near the inlet with trans- or supersonic speeds? I believe this could possibly lead to an oscillatory behaviour. If yes, does anyone have any good ideas for solving this problem?
