floating point exception error by thermophysical properties in rhoSimpleFoam

Hi , I am using rhoSimpleFoam (openfoam 2.1.1) in parallel, for Nozzle with external flow... Flow conditions is M=0.8, M=0.9, SL, ISA... I've attached the openfoam folders having boundary conditions and other files for M=0.8 and using k-Epsilon turbulence model (also some pictures showing model, domain n velocity contours with turbulence off). initially it was giving error with floating point exception by thermophysical properties...... after going through some of the threads here I changed the Bc's and relaxation factors also... now it is running with turbulence off, but when i switch on turbulence i still get same error ... can anybody help me out?
