Hi y'all,

So I have been awarded an Army contract to do some CFD work to compare modifications on a current missile system. I will be creating drag/lift/moment curves for each variation and using them to run a 6DOF sim of the missile to determine the performance.

I have used sonicFoam several times before with good results but I have not got much experience with the lower speed solvers. Can anyone give me the best solver in each Mach range? I plan on using sonicFoam down to about M=0.75. I only need the steady state turbulent solution and (I assume?) that I will be able to use the dragAndLift function for the other solvers as well? I have played around with rhoSimpleFoam but is rhoPisoFoam better?
