Default Simulating a turbine speed controller with a dynamic mesh?

I'm looking for ideas on how to implement a closed loop speed controller for a turbine located inside a rotating cyclicAMI cellZone. Is it possible to do this already with sixDoFRigidBodyMotion, or will I need to write something new?
