Did you install the mentioned libraries on OF?
(1) Code:
sudo apt-get install build-essential flex bison cmake zlib1g-dev qt4-dev-tools libqt4-dev gnuplot libreadline-dev libncurses-dev libxt-dev Code:
sudo apt-get install libscotch-dev libopenmpi-dev If you have already done with the above installation then edit the following line of the "./bashrc" file in the $OF/etc/ directory: WM_MPLIB=SYSTEMOPENMPI instead of WM_MPLIB=OPENMPI Then close your terminal and rerun your case file.
