Turbine Siting - Changing Geometry

I'm wondering if someone can give me a bit of help with some errors I'm getting.
I'm running the turbine siting tutorial with different geometry. So far I have changed the blockMeshDict and the snappyHexMeshDict to match the size of my new terrain.stl . I am getting errors though when solving it. I have been using the ./Allrun script on 6 cores (4930k). Below is the error I am getting out, not sure what is going wrong. Code:

How is the mesh? Have you run checkMesh? Also, are the searchableBoxes for the actuator disks moved to the correct locations in the domain?

Is there a tutorial online which can give a step by step implementation of the TurbineSiting tutorial? I am new to OpenFOAM and need a detailed explanation of the TurbineSiting tutorial. Anyone willing to point me in the right direction?
