Default Turbine Siting - Changing Geometry

I'm wondering if someone can give me a bit of help with some errors I'm getting.

I'm running the turbine siting tutorial with different geometry. So far I have changed the blockMeshDict and the snappyHexMeshDict to match the size of my new terrain.stl . I am getting errors though when solving it.

I have been using the ./Allrun script on 6 cores (4930k).

Below is the error I am getting out, not sure what is going wrong.

How is the mesh? Have you run checkMesh? Also, are the searchableBoxes for the actuator disks moved to the correct locations in the domain?

Is there a tutorial online which can give a step by step implementation of the TurbineSiting tutorial? I am new to OpenFOAM and need a detailed explanation of the TurbineSiting tutorial. Anyone willing to point me in the right direction?
