Hi everybody,
i'm trying to get the icoFsiFoam- solver started, but i don't really now, how the structure for this case has to look like. i've already made a link to 0 in the run/flappingConsoleSmall/solid/0 folder, a link to constant in the run/flappingConsoleSmall/solid/constant folder, a link to solid in the run/flappingConsoleSmall/fluid/0 folder and a link to solid in the run/flappingConsoleSmall/fluid/constant folder . is anything missing? when i try to run the case i get "--> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: cannot find file file: /home/user/OpenFOAM/user-2.2.1/run/flappingConsoleSmall/system/controlDict at line 0. From function regIOobject::readStream() in file db/regIOobject/regIOobjectRead.C at line 73. FOAM exiting" thank you, p |

Dear philipp1 -
If you were using foam-extend-3.0, I would enthusiastically recommend to you the contents of: Code:
cat $FOAM_TUTORIALS/solidMechanics/deprecatedTutorials/icoFsiFoam/flappingConsoleSmall/Allrun To just get the tutorial to run, I would just execute: Code:
cd $FOAM_TUTORIALS/solidMechanics/deprecatedTutorials/icoFsiFoam/flappingConsoleSmall/ ./Allrun Edit: Also, I'm not sure that 2.2.1 has the ability to run icoFsiFoam ??? You may want to check that out. Best, Eric |
