Hi Vivek,

You should have tested the links before you posted The correct ones are from another post of yours that I'll quote:
Interesting... the author forgot to provide building instructions.

Oh no... I had already started writing instructions on how to build it, but apparently it will only work on very old versions of OpenFOAM Possibly OpenFOAM 1.5 or 1.6...

Some other threads on this topic:
If you install Extend's variant OpenFOAM 1.6-ext, then you can try the following source code: http://sourceforge.net/p/ofca/code/ci/master/tree/
Once you have 1.6-ext built and working, run the following commands:
Code:
mkdir -p $WM_PROJECT_DIR
cd $WM_PROJECT_DIR
git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/ofca/code ofca-code
cd ofca-code
And then follow the instructions given on the "README" file.

Good luck!
Bruno

Thank you Bruno!

I understand that it runs in older version of OpenFOAM from many threads!

Is reactingFoam and alternative to edcSimpleFoam? If Yes, i shall concentrate more on running my simulation without errors in reactingFoam.

Thanks!

I unfortunately do not know very much about this topic
edcSimpleFoam seems to have been created around the time OpenFOAM 1.4 to 1.6 were the latest versions, at least from some of the papers I've quickly looked at.
OpenFOAM right now is at version 2.2, so I can only wish that reactingFoam was already good enough or better than edcSimpleFoam, but unfortunately I simply don't know

You can try and have a look at the release history, to see how much it has evolved over time: http://www.openfoam.org/download/history.php

Nonetheless, if you're trying to simulate flametlets or similar, try: https://github.com/shor-ty/flameletModel-2.2.x

Best regards,
Bruno
